Zoom into the graphic, switch the background to check transparency, and read its dimensions and viewBox. Edit the code to update the preview.
Copy the checked SVG code or download an SVG file. Choose a conversion format to continue with the current graphic in a dedicated tool.
Paste a complete SVG document to see the graphic beside its source. Syntax highlighting and line numbers help you find shapes, text and colors. Change an attribute and the preview updates automatically; format, undo or redo without leaving the page.
Inspect an icon at different zoom levels, check a logo on light and dark backgrounds, or confirm the canvas around a diagram. The checkerboard reveals transparent areas. Supported CSS animations include play, pause and restart controls.
A viewer helps you inspect a graphic; an editor lets you change it. This page includes lightweight SVG code editing. For a new design, AI changes or more editing options, open the main workspace.
Open SVG Editor & AI GeneratorSVG describes shapes, paths and text using XML markup. Vector shapes can scale without a fixed pixel grid, and the same file can be read as code or displayed as a graphic. That is why this viewer shows both the source and its preview.
Yes. Opening files, rendering SVG code, inspecting the preview, copying code and downloading SVG are free. This viewer does not use AI credits or require an account.
No. Viewing runs in your browser. Your SVG code and filename are not sent to analytics. If you choose another tool, a temporary transfer in this browser tab carries the graphic; it is not added to the URL.
Supported CSS animations can be played, paused and restarted. Script-driven animations and SMIL elements such as <animate> are not supported. Unsupported content is reported instead of silently showing a different graphic.
The current limit is 250 KB per file. Complexity limits also apply to element counts, paths and animation rules. Files that exceed a limit are rejected with a message; try simplifying the source.

Use Open SVG file on this page and select the file from your device. You can also open SVG files directly in a compatible browser. If double-clicking opens a text editor or asks you to choose an app, the online viewer avoids changing your system settings.
Yes. The conversion links open the existing tools with your current SVG when browser storage is available. Each destination applies its own supported-feature checks. PDF and DXF have page or geometry settings; raster exports are static images.
The viewer supports a bounded set of SVG features and blocks scripts and remote resources. Unsupported effects or missing local fonts can prevent a matching preview. Check the result before using it; the viewer does not promise support for every SVG exported by every application.
