Frequently asked questions

Should I buy a credit pack or subscribe?

Choose a credit pack for occasional use: pay once, with no renewal or expiry. A monthly subscription includes 50% more credits than the matching pack at the same price, with credits valid for that month. Subscribers can also buy packs whenever they need a top-up.

How many credits do Fast and Quality use?

Generate or edit any supported static or animated SVG: Fast 5 / Quality 10 credits per request. Welcome credits allow local edits up to 32 KiB; purchased or subscription credits up to 64 KiB, each with a fixed 4 KiB editing allowance. Full rewrites support up to 8 KiB. Local edits include color, opacity, movement and breathing animation. The exact price appears before you start. Failed requests return charged credits. Manual editing, previews and exports are free.

When do my credits expire?

Credit packs never expire. Subscription credits arrive each month and expire at the end of that monthly window. Yearly plans charge once a year and release one month of credits at a time. Credits that expire sooner are used first.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

You can cancel renewal at any time and keep your already paid benefits. A canceled yearly plan still delivers monthly credits through its paid year. Plan changes take effect at your next billing renewal, with no immediate prorated charge. For yearly plans, that means the next annual renewal.

Which payment methods and currencies can I use?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout for your location. Prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes; checkout may offer your local currency and shows the final total before you pay.

I paid but do not see my credits. What should I do?

Credits are added after Stripe confirms your payment. Stay signed in and refresh the payment status page. If you have already been charged, do not pay again. Contact support@svgbase.io with your order number or Stripe receipt if your credits still have not arrived.

What happens if an AI request fails?

Failed AI requests return the charged credits automatically. Replaying the same interrupted request does not charge twice. The welcome trial allows up to 12 requests, including failures and cancellations, and can pause earlier for spending safety. Refunds do not reset trial limits. Credits from a pack or plan remain usable.

Where can I find receipts or update my payment method?

Stripe sends a receipt to the email used at checkout. Sign in and choose Manage billing on this page to view billing history and update your payment method.

How do I request a refund?

Contact support@svgbase.io with your order number or receipt. Refund requests are reviewed based on the purchase and use of credits, as described in our Terms of Service.
